   First we apply a professional-grade window cleaning solution to the entire glass surface. This solution is designed to break down dirt and grime, leaving the glass spotless and streak-free. If the window is particularly dirty, we may utilize a 0000 grade steel wool pad to scrub the window, or a razor to help get off any stubborn debris stuck to the window.

2. Squeegee Technique
   After the window has been scrubbed , we use a high-quality squeegee to remove the cleaning solution from the glass. This step is performed with precision to eliminate streaks and watermarks.

3. Detailing & Final Touches
   To finish, we thoroughly detail the edges of the glass using a clean microfiber cloth. Then we wipe down the sills and frames.

Water-Fed Method

At Quality Gutter and Window Cleaning, we specialize in using the modern and highly effective water-fed pole system to deliver pristine, streak-free exterior window cleaning results. This method is safe and efficient making it the ideal solution for multi-story homes and commercial buildings where traditional access may be limited.

While the results are excellent for most exterior glass surfaces, it’s worth noting that the water-fed pole system doesn’t always achieve the same close-up precision as traditional hand-cleaning with a squeegee. That said, it still delivers a professional-level clean that satisfies the needs of the majority of our clients — especially when safety, height, or access is a concern. This method is great for doing commercial buildings, hotels, apartment buildings, and more!

Step-by-Step Cleaning Process

2. Agitation with Soft Bristle Brush
   Next, we extend a lightweight, carbon fiber water-fed pole fitted with a soft bristle brush to reach your windows safely from the ground. The brush agitates and lifts dirt and other debris from the glass and frames without scratching or damaging the surface.

3. Rinse for a Spot-Free Finish
   After thoroughly scrubbing the window, we rinse the surface with a steady flow of pure water. As the water evaporates, it leaves the glass crystal-clear and streak-free — no squeegee needed.
